Got upset with it when I realized the floor-pad thingee is also a scale and can display your weight on the screen. Guess it makes sense since it also calculates your BMI; percentage of fat; and a lot of other 'pseudo-fitness-related stuff'.
Freda, I love your charm bracelet idea. I don't wear jewelry but the principle of the reward the way you do it is great. I think I'm going to make a list of small non-food rewards that I could use for each month I stay on plan (and eventually like you stay at goal weight). I think that's a marvelous idea.
Hi all, hope everyone had a good day. The sun is shining and I am hoping to spend some time in the gardens this weekend. Work is still crazy (will be until the kids and teachers get out in June) but at least it keeps me from thinking about food
I did make a cute skirt last night with some left-over fabric. I definitely need to spend more time with my sewing machine. It was actually relaxing, and I just love the sense of accomplishment when I actually produce something with my efforts
