DH does exactly that. He the writes a "cheat sheet" with the order of the moves. He keeps checking the computer (his dvd player) when he gets stuck.

I woke up at 2:30 a.m. roasting and couldn't get back to sleep until about 4:30, so I was too pooped to do much except get ready for work. I really thought that I was finished with the hot flashes, but it seems that they are gonna hang around for a bit longer - GRRRR!
Still trying to get rid of Thanksgiving leftovers. When you are counting calories, they disappear ever so slowly!
