Click on Diets in the purple bar--you'll see a list of all kinds of different plans to explore.
The best program is the one that works for you, and everyone is a little different. Ask yourself what kinds of foods you prefer to eat--and which you wouldn't mind restricting for awhile. For example some people like to be able to eat some carbohydrates, but others would rather have more meat and chicken. Also, think about what you can afford to do--a program where you have meals prepared for you, like Jenny Craig? Or a program like Weight Watchers? Or just counting calories on your own? There are lots of ways to go.
Read about some of the different diets and you'll start to get ideas.
