Okay . . . I'm in for this month . . . although I will NOT be letting the scale

out of the corner until the end of the month and will probably just state what I do for exercise rather than a number of minutes. I'm hoping for a couple of pounds off.
Definitely think we should stick with the "one-post for each participant" routine, BTW. It will make it so much easier for Lynn to keep track.

Finishing Weight -- 225 as of this morning; therefore, Percentage of Loss is 2 / 227 x 100 = 0.9 % -- pretty tiny, but it's mine. I'm now putting the scale
away again until the last Wednesday in November (the 28th) because I know we will start fighting again if he stays too 'available' to me.
Happy to say I actually met my weight loss goal for the month and, although I did not state a specific exercise goal, I'm also happy to say that I actually did some every day but one -- not a lot, but a lot more than I usually did in the past.
