FUN~scrapbooking EXERCISE~walk after dinner Eating~B~raisin bran, 1% milk S~1 banana, 2 slices crisp bacon L~1/2 ciabatta bun, 4 oz crabmeat, 1 T marg, 1 T mayo light D~salad with 1 oz cheddar, 3 1/2 oz roast chicken breast, 1/2 c mini carrots, 2 T drsg, 1% milk Mini goal, just had to share....started keeping track of WW points on Monday, I'm not a member at the present time. My point range is 26 to 31, and I'm happy to tell you all that I've stayed within my point range since Mon. & it feels great (I even have room for a 4oz glass of red wine if I want one later) Have a great evening everyone, 'til tomorrow :) |

Hi Lynn & all, I didn't preplan Friday's day & menu, but I did stay within pts.
So this is for Saturday~July 28th FUN~camping (I won't have access to a computer) EXERCISE~lots of walking FOOD-I'm not going to preplan, but I'm going to take my WW info & tracker to write everything down. Have a great weekend! |
For Sunday -
Fun - spend time with dd, sil, and his grandsons. Exercise - eliptical at the gym - tomorrow I'll do the wt machines & free wts Eating - B - egg, 1 sl lo-carb brd, bacon, Smart Balance marg S - 2 triskets & 1 cheese stick L - meat or poultry & veggies S - 2 triskets & 1 cheese stick D - 2 sl lo-carb brd, mayo, tomato S - lo-carb yogurt + peanutbutter Rhonda - yesterday I went to a scrapbook convention at Valley Forge PA. We just did the exhibit area - it was a zoo. Could barely get through the aisles. But, I picked up some GREAT flowers for embellishments. Lynn |

For Tuesday, July 31st
FUN-scrapbooking EXERCISE-Curves & walking EATING- B-raisin bran, 1% milk S-apple L-salad, 1 T drsg, 2 oz salmon, 2 T miracle whip light S-1/2 banana, 1 T peanut butter D-Bar-B-Q chicken breast, salad, drsg, pasta S- Mini goal: stayed within WW pts for 5 out of 7 days. Used points saved on the other 2 days, stayed within weekly pts allowed!:carrot: Points used yesterday July 30th-26 pts Lynn will you be starting a new thread for August 1st?
