There's a great new peanut butter at Walmart called Naturally More....full of fiber....a tiny bit crunchy, and a tiny bit sweet....has to be in frig....lowfat.....low sodium and sugar......it is good.....try it out. post menopausal, post teacher, post mom, present grandma, present weight loser, LA, YEAH, present person in pain, trying to get well. There is a book called "The Secret." One of its recommendations is to have a "Gratitude Journal." BC this thread is the closest thing I have to a journal, I've decided to include something I'm grateful for on each post. Today, I'm grateful for the 3FC's website. Fun - go shopping (maybe lunch) with my dd & sil. Fun-make some cards (sorted photos & watched TV yesterday, I didn't make cards).....I made 3 cards Exercise- Eating- B-ciabatta bun 1/2, banana 1/2, peanut butter 2 T L-1% cottage cheese & mini carrots, 1/2 banana D-bar-b-q'ed pork chop, salad & drsg, bar-b-q'ed potatoes, 1/2 corn, non-alcohol beer S-small apple, 1 hard candy Lynn, I'm a scrapbooker, so I'm using the same to make my cards & scrap paper. HAVE A GREAT DAY :) |
