I accidentally found this website and it's great! I'm joining WW Tuesday for the first time in 20+ years. It worked then and I know it'll work this time. I've been dieting all my life (seems like) but need a little help this time.

I finally got up enough nerve to post today and try to get friendly help and encouragement in my weight loss battle. I really need the support and because I am a shy person I usually just try to go it alone. But I could really use some help and support this time!

Hey! I just found this place by accident as well. I bought a couple of books about hypothyroidism today hoping to find the secret to loosing weight with this malady. The name of this web site was mentioned in the back of the book as a resource. I was looking up wasa crackers (They were mentioned in the book as well as I saw Oprah gushing about them on her show). I put in Wasa Crackers in the search and this is one of the sites it brought up. I recognized it from the book. I found the website to wasa crackers here. Well, lah de dah. Anybody else trying to lose weight with hypothyroidism??
