For some people, it's important not to omit any foods from your diet because it tends to make you crave that food. If there's something that you like but feel shouldn't be included, have a very small portion daily, or weekly. Find a way to fit it in. It's also important to make sure you're eating enough food so you don't let hunger lead you to eat foods that are not healthy. If you are eating foods with good nutrition it is less likely that your body will crave junk food.
