Good evening fellow chicks!
I'm a newbie here! I found this group while looking for an answer for my underboob rash. I have a feeling that TMI is to be expected everywhere here so I have no shame.
I'm hoping to model my high school fitness routine (with strength training added in) to lose weight and feel better. I am also preparing my body for pregnancy maybe 2 years down the road.
My wife is former army so she taught me how to work out and clean eat (though she prefers candy to clean now). I'm vegan and I don't care what you eat, but this is my choice and yes, I get plenty of protein! I drink pea protein shakes!
