Does anyone have Valerie's Work out DVD, Its called Losing It and Keeping Fit.
It came out in 2009 but I just found out about it last week. I ordered it this week and its on its way. I cant wait to get it and try it out.

I cant do everything in the dvd but I can do alot of it

Since I have a hard time getting on the floor! Starting today I do all of the floor workouts and then I go back and do the standing work outs, On the dvd they divide the standing and floor work outs, They will do some standing works out then they go to the floor and then standing workouts again and I just cant keep getting down on the floor like they do in the dvd.
