Okee . gonna try to do this again .. hopefully work will be more settled this week!
Monday- Treadmill 45 min - 4.3km
Tuesday- Treadmill 45 min - 4.3km (Sauna 25 min)
Wednesday- Treadmill 30 min - 3.3km
Thursday- 15 minute brisk walk
Friday- Treadmill 30 min - 3.3km. 30 min personal trainer session (3 reps of 2 min jogging treadmill, leg burps (think thats what they are called), Arm pulls, Step up bicep curls), tummy crunch and plank. cool down/up with jabs, stretches.
Saturday-
Sunday-
Exercise total for week - 120 minutes (target 90 minutes)
