Hi! I've posted an into in the Introductions thread, but I wanted to here too...

I'm 32 next month, mom of 4 BUSY girls, 6, 4, and 20 month old twins... And I am a mess. I can't get anything under control. I'm worn out and depressed and feeling awful. I have been self medicating with food, and mostly sugar. I've tried to stop bingeing on junk over and over and I keep failing. :-(
