I've had many of the WW products over the years, even before I started WW. I always thought they were pretty tasty as a slightly "healthified" version of higher fat foods. My favorites are the ice cream desserts- the giant fudge bar in particular.
But even though they are made to work into the WW diet, they are still high in sodium, sugar, and highly processed. So I feel that they should be used sparingly as a treat, rather than as a daily staple of the diet.
