I'm an old-timer who desperately needs to come back to the fold! I loved 3FC and my friends here on the 100lb club. The mutual support was one of the main success factors for me to lose 35lbs and keep it off for 3 years. I never made it to goal, but I still felt like a success. However, I slowly felll into old habits and stopped coming here to "hang out." I'm now at my all time highest weight and I am frankly overwhelmed. I need you guys!
My name is Rhonda. I'm a 48 year old wife and Mom to two teenage daughters. My husband and I are full-time telecommuters for a major healthcare administrator and I live just outside of Atlanta. I love photography, reading and watching TV.
My plan is to start calorie counting again and following Phase 2 of Southbeach....healthy grains in moderation, fruit in moderation, healthy fats in moderation, lean protein and tons of veggies. I am seriously addicted to sugar! A detox is probably just around the corner, but I need to take this a step at a time.
Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Rhonda!!!! It's so good to see you again!! I am so very glad you posted.
I still remember something you said to me years ago when I went off my plan for a day or so. You said: "Hop right back on your plan and you will be fine." I never forgot it. And, often give that wise advice to others.
Rhonda! You have always been an inspiration to me. You dealt with so many obstacles to losing weight, but were always so consistent. It is great to have you here again. I gained so much from your quiet strength. Can't wait to take advantage of it again.
welcome back Rhonda!! Sounds like you've got a good plan in place and you know that you've got the wonderful 100 lb club people for support - I know I could never do this without 3fc and the 100 lb club!
Hey Rhonda. I'm kind of in the same place you are. I am trying to get back on track, too. I'm back at an all new highest weight. Ugh. I'm 49 with a teenage daughter and a teenage son. Life can be tough, and it is so hard to keep taking care of ourselves! So good to see you again.
