I have been 129.8 for 12 days. I hit 128.8 for 2 days but bounced right back up. I. Never had a plateau last this long. I mean not even an ounce down. I do cardio everyday. I can't lift weights right now. How do u all stay motivated. I am going to continue because I have come to far. But I want to indulge in junk food, doesn't seem like its going to matter at this point. This is really getting to me. I know Tom makes me retain water, does I ovulation do the same thing? What am I doing wrong. Ugh beyond fustrated!
