LOL!!! Well, I suppose it depends on what you want to know. Do you want to know your TOTAL percentage lost from the beginning or are you trying to figure out like what another 10%-25% of where you currently are?
I plan on calculating percentage lost from my initial weight. From a point of view of health, even 5-10% of your body weight can decrease various health risks. So, from that point of view, 250 - 10% to 225 gives a health benefit. Then 22.5 lbs from that gives another one.
I'm still going to count from my initial weight--numbers and mini-goals are fun to calculate. Now I just have to meet them!
I've been running calculations ever since I read this thread.
Some of the calculations made me happy. Like my total weight loss is 42% of my starting weight. But I found that to get to my goal I have about 10% of my current body weight to lose, ug that makes it seem daunting!
