Smile New here and need motivation for workouts!!

I do Zumba on a regular basis... Just that I am toning and losing fats from the back of my breasts or say below shoulder.... The back has become lil more toned.... Just hips and thighs and tummy NEVER get lessened!!
Any Idea as-of which exercise would help lessen and tone them? I have to lose weight also!! Please help ladies!!

I have a bunch of motivational pages on Facebook of trainers and one just posted a workout this morning that I will do today.
Sexy leg workout
20 squats
30 lunges
40 calf raises
50 sec wall sits
100 jumping jacks
50 sec wall sits
40 sumo squats
30 leg raises
20 squats

If you don't know what one of these are then YouTube it! I love YouTube now to figure out moves!!!

wendychic, thanks for posting... this looks like a great workout. I'm currently doing a squat challenge also found on Facebook and hope to actually try the belly dancing video I bought recently. That should be very good for hips and tummy!! Also, I clicked the little quote thing on your post hoping it would help me find it again, but I nothing seemed to happen so I guess I don't know what that button is for!!

It sounds like you are doing quite a lot already but if you're looking for a quick full body workout I would reccommend Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred dvd. It is only three half hour workouts which increase in difficulty and the idea is that you spend ten days on each work out (although you don't have to do it every day). I'm currently on day seven of level 3 and can say that it's great for weightloss as well as toning (especially thighs and abs).

I did walking today morning!!
I just need my thighs and abs in shape.... gotta start the 30 day shread.
In my country people vall full squats as sit ups. And crunches for crunches. So, I was really confused about these stuff... Now youtube made my day...
