Welcome to the IP family, great group of people around here from all over the world. Lots of information, support, advise, suggestions, recipes and TONS of support. Join right in and make yourself at home
6 weeks in, 29 lbs (28") down and thrilled to be part of the 100% club!!! My husband and I started IP together and it has been so rewarding (including the fact I am beating his total loss!). He is an amazing cook - we have been eating so well. I have enjoyed reading about your progress, seeing your photos and how you encourage each other- proud to be in a class with such amazing people!!!

Knock, knock....can i come back in??? Made another week 100% op and for the first time since i started, it looks like i will lose very little or maybe nothing this week. Not discouraged, just could not understand reading others posts where this had happened to them how it was possible. Now i know....its much harder to stay motivated when the scale isnt moving, but im still as committed as ever cause i still have a long way to go. Tomorrow will be interesting, will likely be in the field 14-16 hrs so packin lots of cukes haha

Great to see so many 100% OP and I'm glad to be one of the crowd!

For us "old timers" (I was at goal last October, have decided to lose a few more ) LOL, I found that when the scale didn't move-my measurements did. Don't ever be discouraged by a stupid little scale! It's just there to taunt you!!! Think of your scale as one of those annoying people that try to sabotage you!
