hi! i am new!
hi all,
my name is becky and i am new to the south beach diet, i am on day 3, the first 2 days were not hard so who knows!
i live several time zones away in israel. am 26, been married for 5.5 years and we have 4 kids, danielle 4.5, oren 3.5, hila almost 2 and Yahel 6mo.
my s/c/g is 84/84/68 (kilos) and i am 1.75 meters. (185 pounds/5'6.5")
i've never done a real diet before, but all my life i was over weight (90 kilos in high school) after high school i started watching what i ate, going to the gym and i had a high stress life, the pounds started melting away, then it became an eating disorder trying to get to a size 4, which i did, then i got married and gained 5 kilos, then 4 babies later and here i am back in the 80's, ugh. after my second and my pregnancy with my 3rd (up to 20 weeks) i was at my lowest weight ever 68 kilos, and i felt great, i want to get back to that!
