I have been doing good with exercise. The first 3 weeks I gained and now I am losing. I am down 5lbs. But I increased my exercise from 10 min to 20 min to 30-40 min a day. Now I am in a good groove of 20 min in the morning and 20 at night. But I went and had a cervical biopsy this morning and they told me no strenuous exercise for a few days.
Now I am worried I will lose my progress and energy to keep up what I have been doing.
Can anyone think of simple exercise to do or should I just reduce calories from 1500 to 1000 for the few days.
