Default I left milk out over night...is this yoghurt?

So I made up some powered skim milk for cereal, but didn't use all of it and accidently left it out on the counter, and now it's firm (with a little bit of watery stuff).

Is this yoghurt?

I'm not going to try it or anything, I just want to know for scientific curiosity :P

definitely not. it's sour milk.

you can use it for baking but i wouldn't recommend anything else - high chance of contamination from listeria.

but, fyi, it's exactly that easy to make yoghurt.
