Do you have a 'one bite' snack food?
I was bad for being a nibbler. One bite of this here, a bite off my kids plate, a spoonful of some leftover in the fridge, a couple of chips out of the bag, one spoon of ice cream. I think I was just looking for flavor. I just needed to taste something, but it all added up to alot of extra calories during the day. So I've started keeping grapes right at the front of my fridge, so when I open the door for something..theyre right there and they satisfy that need to nibble. Today I bought some fat free cottage cheese for the same purpose.
Is there something you keep around for a 'one bite' type snack?
