A couple nights ago I had baked chicken that I had marinated in the WF Honey Dijon dressing. It was delicious! I added a garlic and herb seasoning to the chicken before baking it and they seemed to go well together. I love the idea of chicken skewers, I'll have to give that a try.
I use this for one serving of cubed chicken for skewers -
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, chopped finely
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

I tried this a couple of nights ago on some chicken tenders. It could be used on cubes for skewers. It only has to marinate for 15 minutes if at room temperature (hours if refrigerated). Quick for when you're rushed (seems like I always am)
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
