OK, I'm putting kale on the shopping list to try it again. I burned them both times I tried it in the past. The recipe I had used a hotter oven. I'm turning it down to 350 and crossing my fingers.

I love Kale chips and turnip fries. But i have messed up both so pay attention to the cooking times.
Also, boil the turnips first. I made that mistake and they are too bitter if not boiled first. Someone else said steamed so maybe that works too.
