I’m newly back and would love to join y’all.
I’ve lost 135 pounds
in past but gained back 64 pounds over about
an 11 year span.
I count calories and I mainly walk.
I was 259 and size 22/24 and got
to 124 in size 0. I was actually small
for my height of 5’6”
I started back yesterday with a weight
Of 188 pounds and my goal is to reach 138
this time then maintain.
