Karen good to see you. Yes it's time to start again. Why not join the 5lb group like I did. You can start anytime. Just 5lbs at a time. Good way to keep track of a small amount and make sure your moving forward at a pace not to slow. 5 lbs a month is about as slow asI'll take it. Lol. But might e 5 lbs every 2 weeks. Come do it with me.
