Okay, time for a new challenge on here. I know November already started, but lets try and tweak ourselves a bit before Thanksgiving, and not only do that but state something we are thankful for every time we post here. Lets keep it positive y'all
Great Snark....you're so lucky to have a good relationship with your mom. I don't. My mother has been a constant source of stress for me and she was never supportive in anything that I did. Its sad, and probably contributes to my eating issues.
I had a great time in my two classes today..and now I get to relax a bit before going out tonight. A bit nervous about eating a big dinner there and wrecking my role that i'm on....
Tea. And that my kids have no major problems at the moment. And that we are solvent enough that I can indulge my need to make stuff. Because I *need* to make stuff. Keeps me out of the fridge. Sometimes.
Today I am grateful that I had a normal mammogram and ultrasound...my nodules have had no change...so no biopsy for now..YAY.....
Gained two lbs back..grrrrr......back OP and hope to be down by the weekend. Taking a break from workouts today.....housework should be considered a workout....
Thankful that my son is a wrestler! He had to diet and start working out before wrestling even started to get to the weight he wants to wrestle at and so I decided to join him! He's my motivator when my alarm goes off at 5:00 AM and don't want to get up and work out. Love that kid
I'm in the middle of working out elder care for my father. I'm grateful to have 3 siblings who are all willing to work together as a team. I've heard horror stories from others who have gone through this rite of passage and it both saddens and frightens me. While this is a difficult time for my entire family I do feel incredibly grateful and blessed.
@jbaasch, I'm a born and raised Nebraskan! I love seeing Nebraska folks on this site
