I had 20 mins to kill while waiting for a meeting. I walked.

Ate 2 tacos with corn tortillas, no rice, no beans.
Oh..eloped and married the best guy I've ever dated on the spur of the moment because? Why the heck not? Lol my family is gonna be shocked. |
Had a high quality low calorie breakfast and lunch. Hopefully I can keep that momentum going at dinner time too.

Good decision: I did all my day's exercise, plus meditation, first thing today. Dog walks, then run, then strength, then shower, then meditation. I'm going to count the shower as exercise since I scrubbed the floor while I was in there. ;)

Today, I resisted a fast food stop. Day 8 no gluten, no wheat, no fast food!! I hate half a beef tamale, 1 cup cottage cheese, 4 strawberries and 4 bites of pineapple for lunch! |
We went to Mexican tonight....and I had (only) 3 (!!!!) chips!!
And....I had the shrimp salad...what a delightful find! Marinated broiled shrimp on spinach with onions, tomatoes (they were even ripe), sour cream and cheese (not tooo much). Yum! |

Today I bought myself gluten free popcorn instead of the doughnut I really wanted.... mmmmmm sugar.
