No plans today = hungry all day. Did good, willpower stuck with me.

I journaled my food entries, grocery shopped for fresh fruit and veges and stayed below my calorie limit today. Although small after the past few days it seems huge!

I've walked 5 kms every day for a week. Even in the rain! :carrot:

Went out to eat and had the miso soup instead of the gigantic hibachi stir-fry I wanted.

Did 2 30 min sessions on stairmachine since I didn't work.

Choose not to "taste" the peach pie and ate a half a piece of fruit for dessert instead. Also did not eat any bread today :)

Struggled to stay on track today. Did no wheat, no gluten, no fast food and no diet coke. But I did eat a package of peeps and 2 skinny vow fudge bars. Caloric intake was 1335. I did 3 sessions on stair machine. 45 mins and then two 30 mins.
Sufficiently tired and glad to see today close. |
Only ate two chips at the Mexican place at lunch....did some not so great things later in then day but trying to stay positive

woke up with the thoughts of eating OP and I am doing it ... after yesterday this is a victory

I knew we were going for lunch at work so I packed 200 less calories to eat in the morning :) Plan on getting 45 mins on the stairmachine tonight!

Forced myself to workout this morning, and glad I did.

Work out! On my way to pool now.

Spent the whole morning & early afternoon working, working, working around the house instead of sitting around. Feels great to have gotten so much done!
