Hello everyone... Newbie/Oldie... I've been on and off this site since 2004, but it always feels like home when I come back. Great place to come to get motivated. So welcome Nonswedewest and all other newbies.
Now that I'm 44, I too find it coming off slower.
I did find that walking was a great way to lose weight in the past. I'm also going to take up swimming. Right now I'm doing The Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start. It's only a 10 minute work out every day... but WOW.. am I out of shape.. that first 10 minutes felt like an hour.. I was praying for it to be over...lol
