Hi, new fat chick!
Just a note to introduce myself and say hi. I've been lurking for the last week or so and have really enjoyed everyone's posts, I can relate to alot of them.
I turned 40 this year ( I still can't believe it, I dont feel forty ) and a couple years ago lost 75 pounds low carbing and exercising...I've put about 40 back on...oh well. Currently I am in my second week of Paul Mckenna's "I can make you thin" and its a great relief for someone like me who spent my days thinking of my next meal, worrying about my next meal, bingeing, then doing it all again. I dont know where this will take me, but I am at a point where I just cant count carbs any longer, or points, or calories or anything, I am completely burned out.
I live in the NW and am looking forward to meeting you all.
