Don't you just love looking at the glass half full instead of half empty, isn't wonderful to be thankful for what you have, instead of what you don't. It is a blessing just to be alive, to love, share, care, comfort and encourage others. So yes, you take this and pass all your positives on, you will be helping someone out there somewhere.

Hmm something positive... ohohoh I went on the cross trainer for the first time since I bought it, one step closer to thin ^^ only lasted 5 minutes but it's better than none at all

I'm late to the party but want to join anyway. This morning, I did not, repeat did NOT, want to get on my exercise bike. I decided that I would go 20 minutes, but 20 eventually became 35--go me! Also, I'm drinking my water and we had some super yummy pineapple for breakfast. I'm on track and I feel great!
I'm in a great mood today: down 79 lbs and another 47 to go...
I'm thankful for:
no more foot pain!!
working out everyday makes me feel GOOD and I eat less because of it.
My feet have shrunk and I no longer have to buy wide sizes!
I can wear tall boots cause my calves aren't huge anymore!
I can buy larges at *regular* stores now instead of ordering 2x from catalogs.
I don't get winded walking up the stairs
I have gone from barely exercising 10 minutes to 45-60 minutes 6 times a week.
I have muscles now where I didn't know I had muscles
My oldest daughter is giving me compliments on my clothes/hair etc. (she's 13)
