I want it to go down FASTER!!!!

But, I am glad it isn't going UP. And I rode my bicycle today. And I didn't fall off and eat a big mac or anything.

I will keep plodding along until I can trot a little faster. Maybe this week.

Right now, I would be happy losing one pound as long as it stayed off.

One pound is great! That is my goal each week.

I'm trying for 2. I know that it won't happen every week. I seem to go every other week doing well and only one lousy pound the opposite week. it's okay. I am human. I can only do what I can do and I know i am giving my best every week. Remember, I don't have small kids at home, and I work at home, so I'm on my own schedule...a lot less obstacles and excuses or reasons that most folks.

Angelskeep, I work from home also and travel to appointments. Working at home is much more difficult than working a regular job. There are so many distractions and food is right there for the taking.

No food here unless I cook it, peel it chop it or something. LOL! Not much junk around to sanck on. I'm a grazer by nature, though, so I usually plan all my food for the day and eat as I go. Dinner is almost always a real meal and the rest of the time, it's just eating something every 2-3 hours. The difference now is that it isn't chocolate and chips and sugar and pop. It's yogurt and fiber one, fruit, veg, more veg. And yummy grains.

For me, working at home is perfect. I like the way I am eating now for the most part. And the way I am active. I hope each pound lost creates an increase in energy. So far, so good.

I have to say though, that sometimes it's discouraging when I don't lose a bunch and it seems like I did a lot of exercise. I will keep on regardless.

angelskeep: we can plod along together! it took me over a year to lose 10lbs, so you are losing much faster than I am : ) they keep reminding me at the gym that I'm getting healthy on the inside even if I can't see it on the outside. I'm not giving up, as long as I maintain what I've lost I'll count it as a success!
