Howdy,
I am 47 woman and started monitoring my calorie intake and calorie burn Oct. 6, 2009 on my iTouch app. I have lost 12# so far. Glad to have found this forum.

it will say December week 1, week 2, etc thread..just jump in I think the new one is up...so start with December week 2, and just say hi -- it's that easy
