Turkey chili
1/4 cup scallions
green bellpepper 1 med
kidney beans 1 1/2 cups
apple cider viniger 1 1/2 tsp
tomato sauce 1 cup
2 med tomoteos
1 pound of turkey ground
2 med carrots
2 med garlic cloves
1 large onion
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fat free chicken broth
1 tsp of cumin ground
1 tsp of conola oil
1 1/2 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
1 tsp of paprika
cook the meat in conola oil with onion and garlic and bell pepper and add it all together till tender and eat yum. It did not give calories i'm thinking around 300 per cup? Not sure I know turkey is 4 and all the other stuff I think is zero points on ww maybe the beans? kk see ya




yesterday I bought all the NEW WW books, so I am still learning all that... and I bought the WW walking kit dvd's.. I did the 20 min walk this morning.. and it was a good workout.. I will do the longer one later today.

Ok I have to load the dishwasher and throw some clothes in the washer and do my 30minute work out. Don't forget water water water..... It makes a difference and makes your skin look nice. See ya
