I did about 16,000. I knew it would be that kind of day, I expect it on Tuesday as its my low impact class day. But I am not positive, because I keep dropping it and the darn battery came out of it today. It was around 9,000 and something and now it is at 7786. So.. Just 16K works for me.
Okay, we have to keep it going for Lindy, for MyTina, for OnMyWay, For ElfinSnow, for DMC (me) and for.... SANTA!!!
I really plead with you all to stay here, stay involved and stay plugged in. I need this. This is week 3 for me and my mom is coming next week and who knows what kind of influence she will be. I NEED YOU!!!
Okay, here is what I ate today. I had Yogurt and english muffin, with a bit of all fruit jelly. For lunch I had bacon on light WW bread and some Progresso soup. For dinner in a hurry, I had about a cup of pasta with pat of real butter and 3 vienna sausage. I ate before gym class!
I have been going over a bit, sometimes I am at 1550 - 1600 calories. Maybe because of all the walkng and gym that is okay. I am sure if I did't do that I would lose much faster. But I have faith. I will keep losing RIGHT????
