Awesome! The more the merrier, I say.
I'll start a 40-something chat thread. Not right this minute (since I'm at work... bad Slash!), but I thought I'd send out a PM to some others that haven't been around for awhile. Maybe we can get things stirred up a bit!!! So, watch for it... it will be something original like 40-something chat.

Darn. I can't figure out how to post a link. If you go to 40-somethings, I just started a "40-something chat thread".

Reading about the 3 hour diet.. will read more when I get home later

Yes I have had a full Hysterectomy. 2 years ago. I have put on weight. I don't eat much . It has been hard to try and lose weight.
