I am happy to report that yesterday I finished the 30 day shred! I can't believe that I did. Unfortunately, I did not take measurements or pics. I only began watching my diet around 15 days into it. I went from 218 to 209, 9 pounds gone. I planned on starting Ripped in 30 today, however I really do not think that I am ready, so I am going to do another round of 30 Day Shred. This time I am taking pictures and measurements.
