I’ve been desperately “trying” to lose my final 20 lbs for a year now. “Trying” because I would be good for a few days, then not so good for a few days, then good again, and so on... since last July. And now I’m about 5 lbs up from my low, wanting to lose 25 lbs to get to goal. 6 wk jump start sounds great!
