I am maintaining a 60+ lb. weight loss, and I weigh myself daily. This helps me stay on track.

Actually a scale is just a tool. I use mine daily, for my own satisfaction.

However if weighing yourself daily is messing with your mind, I suggest you throw the silly thing out of the window, and figure out another way to keep track of your weight-loss journey.
