I have no problem sharing
My diet plan originally started out counting calories... around 1,300 ish/day. There was a point for a few weeks that they dropped low (on accident) but I brought them back up rather quickly. When I was being very strict, I was also limiting most "bad" foods. Just a couple weeks ago I changed things up and started the fast 5 way of eating. When I did that, I also upped my cals to 1,400/1,500 and nothing is untouchable as long as I'm in my range. This is the way I love to eat (larger meals rather than mini meals... plus I hate breakfast so forcing it into myself made my tummy hurt most mornings) and the weight is still dropping so for me it's working and I am no longer binging!
Exercise has been all over. I cannot stick with one thing! The only consistency- I exercise every morning within 30 min to an hour of waking up. The majority of my exercise has been with using video games. I own a Kinect and love playing dance central and EA Sports Active 2. I tried running- didn't like it. I went to the gym for a few weeks but didn't like that, either. I do add in 30 day shred quite a bit and occasionally Pilates for weight loss. For a couple months I was doing my exercise in the morning and home and then going for a 3-5 mile walk at night but it got too hot for that living in FL!
I guess what works for me is having nothing consistent apparently
I change things up way too much!
