If you have PCOS you know how hard it is to lose weight
and how important it is to eat healthy and to be active. I've been eating low carb/complex carbs/protein/veggies/no sugar now for many years. Now I've been on IP for about 1 week.
I never had a weight problem until I had my first child about 19 years ago when I developed PCOS. Like many other struggling to lose weight for whatever reason, I've tried working out, as well as so many products, medications and weight loss programs - nothing works. I just continue to gain weight throughout the years.
After 1 week on IP I've lost 4 pounds.
Has anyone else had success on IP with PCOS? I'm happy I lost 4 pounds the first week, and hope to continue to lose weight. I guess I'm still somewhat skeptical. I'm praying I lose all the weight I need to on this diet, but after 2 decades with a weight problem, I guess I kind of came to the sad conclusion that I'll always be overweight
So please, if anyone else has PCOS and is on this diet, please share your experience with me..............
