This is a great thread, everyone has really good ideas.

I was hungry for Peanut Butter & chocolate today, instead I ate a handful of unsalted dry roasted peanuts. It worked! I walked right past a market and didn't go in to buy anything. I saved myself a few thousand calories for sure.

Today instead of putting salad dressing on my salad. I took a small jar and put 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in it and 3 tablespoons of Splenda and 1/3 cup of water and stirred it and poured it on my salad. It was alright and zero calories. I'm going to play with it until I get the taste right. I eat huge salads all the time and zero calorie salad dressing would save a lot of calories.
