Is it OK that I purchased the original book vs. the new one?
Should I have gotten the new one instead? Is the only thing missing in the original the new exercise information?

I used the old book (bought used) and did fine. I think there is a thread here that explains the exact differences. Other's will respond, I'm sure.

There are changes in the food lists too but they are available in the stickies in the FAQ Section.
