Default Yay! It's a mini-goal I didn't know I had

So, I started running because I used to love it about 5 years ago. I broke my ankle 3 years ago and just stopped. I literally just started running about 2 weeks ago and I can't tell in terms of visually, but I feel so much better! I can run about 10 minutes now, which I haven't done in forever. It makes me so happy and I want to keep going with the "good" things.

That's a great mini-goal to accomplish! I can't jog or run yet for longer than a couple minutes. I think it's a shoe problem that I need to work out. But anyway, CONGRATS to you!

Congrats! That's so exciting! I know I was really stoked to be able to workout after my car accident.

Thanks, everyone! Best thing is I'm running every other day now so I feel like it's becoming a habit. I'm excited.
