I see some kashi bars not a bad choice if you want to indulge a bit they usually only have about 120-130 calories and are high in fiber. I tend to have then times a week or prior to gym work outs for my quick carb
Well i havn't been posting anything other than editing my post every day this month but I am down 5 lbs for January. Lets aim high for February, even though its a short month.

Total loss of 5 lbs this month. ANNNNNDDDD I officially hit 35 lbs lost today!!! That was a rough 5 lbs!!!!! LMAO I am super happy with it. Especially after all the bouncing around I did. It's crazy!! I am so happy that I made my goal!!!!

I am so frustrated right now. Really frustrated actually. My total weight loss for the month is about 2.8 pounds and I know it's because I messed up! That number could be much higher if I hadn't immediately gained 4 pounds and then worked it off. Why do we gain so much more quickly than we lose? Needless to say, unless I magically drop 4 pounds overnight, January wasn't that good to me

No official weigh-in today (I don't weigh on Mondays when I get up so early (4:45 am). I know I ended the month with another gain. Tomorrow I start over. Still have sick grandbabies in my house - and now their mom is sick too. Cut my hair off yesterday. I got an inverted bob with layers. Probably cut 3+ inches off the front and 5+ off the back. I think it looks cuter than the pictures show - but I always feel like I look better than I see in a picture (man, I look old). Oh well.

Well, I'm up 3 pounds today at 276.5...not sure what's going on with me. I don't think the at the movies last night helped. No butter, but salty as heck. (Shh...don't tell the people on the Medifast forum. I'll get in big trouble! )
Anyway, that's a total of 11 for me since the 7th.

Happy Month end ladies!! I didnt have a great month ended up with a two lbs gain. I think this month Im going to focus on just cardio and do a lil weight training. I need to get back into the shedding lbs stage and hopefully see a difference. WI at 227.0 today!
I've been horrible this month with tracking, losing, posting, etc etc. I'm ending the month at 194.9 with TOM. I went back and looked and my first post this month was 195.1 so I technically only lost 0.2 lbs this month. Oy vay. Back on track as of tomorrow.
I've been really bad about checking in this month, but I've been faithfully weighing and recording every day. I'm down 4 lbs for the month, which is about what I was down last month. It's been going slower than I'd like, but I'm still happy.
