Default South Beach To Go?

Hi Everyone!

My husband and I are starting SB tomorrow. He works nights in retail and on most occasions won't be home to eat dinner with us. I'm looking for some easy Phase 1 recipes that he could take with him to eat before his shift.

Initially I'm thinking lunch meat rollups and leftovers from the previous night's dinner, but that might get old real quick for him.

Anyone have any creative ideas?

what about just packaging what you're having for dinner for him? thermoses keep soups and stuff warm, and he could reheat other things.
