It's no secret that I hate veggies, but since starting my journey early last month, I have began finding ways to incorporate them into foods. I put them in my chopper and add them to eggs, or turkey meat loaf, and I've found I think I maybe able to add raw spinach into a wrap. It just goes to show that the mind is so connected to what goes in our mouths....I don't understand why I didn't do this years ago!! It is so empowering for me to be incorporating veggies. Just wanted to share!
