Week 1 Challenge (All Teams)
(Not Required to be Part of the TBL Challenge)
3 Days of Cardio, 30 minutes minimum. Post as you complete each day!

*EDIT* Due to the fact that Week 1 totals 11 days as we started these threads a lil early, I won't change the challenge, but do "challenge" everyone to get at least 5 days of cardio in instead of 3!
8/26 - 30 mins walking
8/30 - 1 hour walking, 30 mins swimming (couldn't sleep until i did this haha)
9/01 - 45 mins Walking, 2 hours swimming (i looooove my pool)
9/02 - 30 mins waking, 1 hour swimming

30th - 50min bike + cleaning + 30ds
31st - 30min bike + 40min run + 35min walk carrying my pup mya (16lb)
1st - arms legs hurt...no exercise today
2nd- 45mins bike + 30min run
3rd - cleaning no exercise
4th - 30min bike - 40mins strenth
5th - 20min bike - 10min run - 5min strenth - very tired today
8/27~ 60 Min. Walk (3.5 Miles)
8/28~ 83 Min. Walk (4.7 Miles)
8/31~ 65 Min. Walk (3.6 Miles)
9/1 ~ 54 Min. Walk (3.2 Miles)
9/3 ~ 64 Min. Walk (3.6 Miles)
9/4 ~ 60 Min. Walk (3.5 Miles)
9/5 ~ 58 Min. Walk (3.4 Miles)
