So I'm headed to phase 2, do you think adding a TBSP of honey a day to my diet is a total no no. I like having honey in my morning tea, and I see it's on the foods to avoid list, so is this a bad idea to add this to my daily menu?

I do use honey. But I'm maintaining. I use it for the health benefits and because I just plain like it. I didn't really start using it before I lost the weight. I don't find that it causes cravings for me, but everyone is different.
You just have to do what is right for you. I very much believe in SB, but if health benefits "outweigh" SB rules for me, I will bend them some.

Try it and see how it affects you. Eating healthy while losing weight is a big experiment and the only way to find out is to test it.
